Effective October 28, 2026. These terms describe the intended use of PDX Agent Email.
Who may use it
This integration is for its account owner and the senders that owner explicitly approves. It is not a public signup service. The account owner decides which mailbox to connect, which requests to accept and which actions PDX Agent may perform.
Requests and replies
Submit only material you are authorized to share with the account owner and their assistant. Automated replies can contain errors and should be checked before being relied on. Sending an email request does not itself authorize unrelated actions, changes to account security or disclosure to other recipients.
Access and operation
The owner may stop the integration or revoke its Google access at any time. Google and the local computer may affect availability. These pages make no availability or response-time commitment and create no payment, subscription or transfer of account ownership.
